Scott Napolitano is a Director and joined the firm in 2009. He is a member of our Healthcare and Life Sciences group.
Experience
Mr. Napolitano came to PJSC from Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he served as a Vice President in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and strategic and financing alternatives. Prior to that, Mr. Napolitano spent eight years at J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., where he held Vice President positions in Global Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Institutions Investment Banking. While at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Napolitano worked on a broad range of domestic and cross-border strategic advisory transactions across all major industry sectors including: Consumer, Healthcare & Retail, Diversified Industries, Financial Institutions, Financial Sponsors, Natural Resources, Real Estate & Lodging, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications.
